Camp badges low down...
How it works? Each day campers are awarded a badge to celebrate what they were really great at on that camp day. 😎 At the end of each day we have a badge ceremony! (If kids are only there half day we do a half day ceremony for them.)
And then... they wear them to camps, classes, any 4Cats trip really! We have had kids show up to parties proudly wearing 15 badges on their shirt!
They pin them to their backpacks, shirts, hats... and some amazing parents even make badge sashes for the kids. 🎽 (10/10 on the adorable scale.) 😲
There are over 36 different badges that can be earned.
Special note to parents: Losing a badge on the way home can be a pretty upsetting experience for kids (and parents.)

My daughter and I enjoyed the parented art classes at the Inglewood location where we were introduced to different mediums and brought home different things we made. My daughter still talks about how proud she is of her owl painting, mug, acorn ornaments!
Our favourite memory was having our daughter’s birthday splatter party at 4cats. We still have the painting up and it reminds us of great memories.
Our favorite experiences have been the family workshops where we create a project together. With some hot chocolate on the side, we’re creating great memories while taking home a masterpiece that we created together.
Our son is 8 now and he is a a frequent camper at 4cats. He says he loves everything there, all the art and things they make. He always brings home amazing work which we keep well. And he looks forward to going back again and again to get new ideas. Our family loves 4Cats!
I loved the flower mug workshop. It was a nice time to gather friends and hang out – while creating a masterpiece!
My favourite 4Cats experience was actually when we came as a family for an ornament workshop. We had hot chocolate and each made two ornaments to hang on out tree at home.
Our favorite project was Frieda Kahlo and the self portrait canvas piece. My daughters are active in almost every 4Cats event in London, Ontario and love the workshops and camps.
We love our local 4Cats Edgedale in Calgary. My daughter and I are treated like superstars which makes us feel so special from the moment we arrive to the moment we leave. We love that we can pick and choose classes each month and put our own spin on the project to make it unique and one of a kind. Every time we go to 4Cats my daughter and I are building memories to share for a lifetime.
My son and I love taking the self directed workshops together. We had a blast making bubble plates, and figuring out how to blow the bubbles out! Second best was the dragon workshop!
My daughter Elan (almost 4) has been loving her art classes at the Edgedale studio in Calgary. She surprised me about a month ago by asking me if I could take her there and leave her to do the class alone and pick her up at the end. This was the first time she has ever asked to be left somewhere, and I am so happy that she feels comfortable enough there to start spreading her wings!
We signed my daughter up for art class to try something new in September and she ended up returning for the rest of the school year! She’s so excited to try out a summer camp too!
My daughter just had her 8th birthday party at 4cats during splatter paint and all the kids said it was the best birthday party. They got super messy and there wasn’t a care in the world about it. Paint on your hands? Wipe it all over your clothes. Paint in your hair? No big deal! I will definitely be doing another party here!
My daughter is 5 , she love all the art classes , she have 8 painting now hanging in her room, this is her favor art class for sure , now that she go there with 2 of her best friends every week, I find the staff working there super friendly, and they are great with little kid. They also remember every kid by their names! She is already booked for camps! Can’t wait to see the new art work they will bring home!

My granddaughter absolutely loves the artistic expression that is learned at 4Cats! She’s proud of the take-home art and sharing what she learns with her younger brother! Thank you for your gift of creativity and positive encouragement.
I loved having the Family membership with the Edgedale location. I could have some one-on-one time with my kids, make some really fun art, and we got to know the staff pretty well. It was such a great time.
WE LOVE the frog projects!!! The bum creation and details are amazing!!! and the details and extra time you gave Julia before it goes into the kiln are awesome!
My daughters all love it there. They love the variety of projects and friendly staff. One of my daughters just finished the Beatrix potter series and adored it!
Our kids’ favourite memory is when their Uncle surprised them with a visit to the studio to make Christmas ornaments together.
My daughter comes home beaming with excitement after her pottery wheel class. She counts down the days each week until she can go back to create another design. Her instructor is so supportive and prides her on picking up the skills faster than most adults – which always make a kiddo feel they are a true pro!
